Pros:

The customer service is exceptional! They are highly engaged and willing to help and improve their platform whenever we come up with ideas.

Cons:

It's a relatively new company, and therefore a lot of features were not built yet when I asked about them. However they take on all critiques to improve the platform and everything is always possible!

Madtrix has friendly service and a direct connection to AdForm.

Reasons for switching to Madtrix

NinjaCat doesn't have a direct connection to AdForm.

Pros:

Customer support and communication with the Madtrix team is really good.

Cons:

We still don't have the full features we want. Also the UI can be improved as well.
