CoreIntegrator eliminates a lot of manual processing.

Our reps and his team are very customer focused and very personable. He has taken a lot of time to go through the process and as changes, we requested they have work with us to provide a solution. I believe that CoreIntegrator is a true partner of ours and we look forward to the future and develop more process improvements by using their application.

Pros:

This software has moved us from a complicated and very manual purchasing system to an automated process with many levels of approvals including document capturing. This application allows us to handle document imaging and building custom workflows as we need.

Cons:

Workflows are complex and rely on development by vendor. This doesn't mean that you can't develop them on your own, however to do so you will need to have knowledge of the underlining application to build your own.

Pros:

CoreIntegrator is very user friendly, and makes our invoice approval process so much easier. With comments, conversations and being able to attach files to the invoices, you can really have an all in one view of each document. I also like the Search tab, it's very easy to customize a report to return the data you're looking for. The support team is very responsive and usually can resolve any issues very quickly. They also are helpful in customizing the functionality to suit your needs.

Cons:

I do wish there were more tools for metrics reporting.

Well Integrated

Perfect for all of our remote approvers. Very easy for new users to pick up - only need a few minutes to explain. The seamless integration with Great Plains Dynamics is tight, and the application very much reduces the need for paper. Nice drag & drop feature for invoices - saves a ton of time. Definitely leveraging technology to do more with needing less.

Pros:

The application performs a complicated general ledger integration over multiple companies quite seamlessly and reliably. To do such integration manually would take a ton of man-hours. The search function is also so very quick & easy.

Cons:

While search capability is quick and easy, it could be more robust and flexible, i.e. to be able to search on general ledger accounts or segments, perhaps.

GREAT DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We can now have all documents in one place rather than trying to find something in a manual file. This is not only true for vendor invoices but for creation of new vendors, which includes w9s and OFAC checks and new gl account numbers. Approvals are in the system so there's no hunting down the paper.

The ease of use is the most important feature of this system. it makes training the users very easy.

Cons:

Security for me is confusing since each line is ANDed together so it can be tricky.

AP Workflow

We have been using CoreIntegrator for almost two years now as a solution for AP workflow. Our AP approval process has been greatly improved. The system has performed even better than anticipated. The customer support provided by the CI team has been great
