A very easy system to use for the whole organization. Visible on all of our intranet and helping our IT department with support.

Ease of implementation, support to get started and that it works with our other solutions in our organization

Cons:

We have had some issues with setting up email rules for not catching unnecessary emails from our mailbox.

Pros:

I've found the endless flexibility of NITRO Studio to be incredibly powerful for creating all sorts of custom business processes. If you can diagram a process, you can build a management system for it. We've gone far beyond help desk applications, building bespoke project and investigation management tools that outpace other commercially available apps that are an order of magnitude more expensive. We have even leveraged it to operationalize our COOP, automatically assigning tasks to prepare for weather and other events, giving senior management instant insight into preparedness and and disaster recovery.

Cons:

Because it's based on SharePoint, it does share SharePoint's limitations. Namely, the 5k row view limit and occasionally slow performance.

A great pdf editing program

At a great price, it is a fine competitor for Adobe Acrobat pdf editor. Not as many features as Adobe, but easy to navigate and works fairly well.

The software is easy to use and you can quickly edit or create your own pdf document. It has a great feature where you can add the program to Microsoft Word so you can write an article and with a click create a Nitro pdf. Great competition for Adobe

Cons:

It has sometimes failed to open some pdfs. And I have experienced it crashing a few times. It is not as quite as good as Adobe, but still great for the price.

Solid tool

Overall great experience. Our team is saving time and I've seen a reduction in errors as well. If someone is out sick, it is easier to see exactly what needs to be done to cover for them and simple to check in to see where different projects or approvals are in the process. Support has been very helpful as well when we have had questions.

Pros:

I like how easy this was to implement. I'm not the most tech-savvy person but it was really easy to build workflows and automate new processes within our business. Not needing code, it was also easy to delegate implementation to various stakeholders and user adoption has been strong too. We got up and going pretty quickly with our first workflow and are working our way through identifying other forms and processes we can automate as well. It's helped our team quite a bit.

Cons:

Not sure about anything that could be improved. So far, we have been able to do everything we have wanted to do.

The user-friendly interface, sizable collection of design elements, and effective collaboration tools of NITRO Studio are its best qualities. I value NITRO Studio's versatility and customization choices since they enable me to produce distinctive and expert designs for a range of assignments. Additionally, NITRO Studio's speed and effectiveness are frequently lauded since they may greatly shorten the design process and boost productivity for both individuals and teams.

Cons:

The software's sporadic instability or crashes are a common criticism, which can be irritating when working on a project. I've also seen that some design elements or functionalities are only accessible through premium plans, which may not be an option for some people or small enterprises with tight finances.

Nitro forms is far superior to InfoPath providing more functionality.

Cons:

Having to use code/script to accomplish some of what we need.
