Employees can utilize the Snappit application to report found items with images, public descriptions, and internal notes.

Customers can access the company's website to conduct category and date-specific search for lost items and submit claims forms with item and contact information. Crowdfind allows employees to sort, accept and reject claims and communicate with customers to confirm ownership, using the built-in chat functionality. Additionally, administrators can send invoices to customers, arrange pick-up times and ship items via the integrated shipping functionality.
