Qube Planet allows users to filter data into separate regions or contracts. Using this tool, each employee is able to gain a clear picture of their buildings, assets and staff. Through this solution, companies are able to manage all facets of planned and reactive maintenance, register assets, view their lifecycles and gain access to a full helpdesk feature. Users can also book rooms and resources, plan capital expenditures, create condition surveys and use business intelligence (BI) reporting tools.
This software includes a web portal to help log calls, manage reports and adjust supplier access. The multi-platform mobile features allow users to create work orders and send information to appropriate staff members while they are in the field. Qube Planet is a monthly subscription.
