About Bounce

Bounce is a cloud-based mobile-first communication and management software for preschools and nurseries, connecting administration, teachers and parents. It uses media-sharing platforms, social media feeds, chat applications, and video conferencing capabilities to improve the correspondence between teachers and parents.

Bounce offers operational visibility using a centralized dashboard with a snapshot of data from payments and attendance to injury reports in a unified interface. Users can manage attendance with check-in and check-out functionality, enroll students and create parent accounts for communication according to requirements. It allows schools to view the database, create groups based on the setup of your nursery or childcare center and handle student information for groups or individuals.

Bounce securely stores data, contacts and reports and provides customizable online payment solutions to include tax requirements such as ZATCA, VAT and QR codes based on local regulations across countries. Bounce Childcare is the best application

Pros:

It made it very convenient for me to settle my bills with the nursery since it allows me to pay through the app and download the receipt on my phone anytime! And a great option as well is the installments where I can settle my yearly fees on 4 comfortable installments

Cons:

The notifications were a bit confusing at first but then once it’s all set up, I appreciate that they give you the ability to switch off some notifications and allow for the rest.

As a working parent, I struggled to communicate with teachers during work hours. However, Bounce has simplified this by offering daily updates, photos, and messages about my child's activities and well-being, making it much easier to stay informed.

Cons:

Sometimes I find myself searching for specific updates from past weeks, and it would be helpful if the app had a better archive or search functionality.

As an admin it is really easy to contact the student parents in the chats in front of the teacher so they know what's happen over all the student need. User-friendly App for the parents, teachers and admins to look up the photos and care of the students.

Easy chat with the student parents Infront of the teachers.

Cons:

Bounce stuck when more than teacher upload the photos at the end of the day. So, they must try more than ones to upload the photos successfully and sometimes it waste of time.
