Pros:

The remote access for external users is exceptionally helpful. eDOA generation is also very good.

Cons:

I wish there was a way to better integrate Complion with our CRIO CTMS and eSource system.

Reasons for choosing Complion

Other products do not have the forwarding binder address, nor the bulk upload capabilities. If I had to manually place and file documents one at a time for a study that I need to file 100+ documents at a time, it would be horrid.
