Nerdio empowers IT professionals and managed service providers (MSPs) to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize virtual desktops in Microsoft Azure. Nerdio Manager for Enterprise is a packaged Azure application that runs in users’ own tenants without compromising security and compliance by allowing third-party vendors access to the IT environment. Nerdio Manager for MSP is an Azure-managed application that enables MSPs to automatically provision a complete virtual desktop environment in Azure in under an hour, connect to an existing deployment in minutes, manage all their clients in a single admin portal, and optimize their virtual desktop environments with powerful auto-scaling.

Nerdio makes Azure easy to use and setup

Setting up an Azure environment is fairly simple. Managing the environment and users within the environment is also much easier than doing all through Microsoft's tools.

Nerdio makes Azure much easier to use and setup. We don't need a super difficult Microsoft certification to get an Azure environment setup.

Cons:

Once setup, Nerdio doesn't have the greatest back end support. It feels as if they will point you in a direction of searching endless KB's for an answer.

Pros:

It's amazing how quickly you can spin up an Azure Virtual Desktop environment with their tool. Then the subsequent automation it provides can result in huge infrastructure cost savings. Their sales and support team are awesome people to work with.

Cons:

Would like to see more high-level/cross-tenant visibility. But I think that is coming any day now....

Pros:

What I liked most is the customer service. They were invaluable in answering any questions I had or troubleshoot issues.

Cons:

There really isn't much that I like least. There was a couple times that response time was a little longer than expected, but it wasn't anything really unreasonable at all. I'm just Impatient.
