The platform enables users to derive insights on uptime, web applications’ performance, internet services and private networks.

Prime features of Site24x7 include the monitoring of website performance, web page speed (browser) monitoring, DNS servers, website availability, website defacement monitoring, File Transfer Protocol (FTP) speed, Representational State Transfer (REST) API, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/ Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificates and more.

Site24x7 also allows mobile access. The product is available on a monthly subscription plan and support is extended via phone, email and an online help desk.

Pros:
I love the proactive monitoring capability of Site24x7. Because it uses multiply sites or datacentres in it services , you are able to pick quickly from the dashboard when services starts degrading. With it RUM feature, it is easy to monitor the user experience of customers from multiple locations and even tell what users are doing wrong.
Cons:
I just do not like the plenty alerts sent when degradation starts

Great app at a very veasonable cost

Since we started using site24x7 monitoring of our entire infrastructure has improved a lot. Also the mobile app is very helpful to keep track all the monitors and alerts. It has been a service with excellent reliability.

Pros:
Greate customization and options for infraestructure monitoring. We have used the platform over the last 10 years. Security is also something that constantly concerns us, but it has not been a problem with Site24x7. It has a huge amount of functionalities and integrations to monitor all kind of infraestructure, at a reasonable cost. We haven't experienced any bugs or issues.
Cons:
The interface could be more intuitive and modern. Also when we started to use the platform, the initial configuration was a little hard.

It had all our needs and also it represented an improvement on our costs.

Reasons for switching to Site24x7

We used Monitis. The company was sold to TeamViewer and the new platform didn't meet our requirements.

It is a very useful tool that can not only be integrated into the Zoho environment but also into your website and servers, and has many channels to inform you of incidents with your services in addition to allowing you to manage and customize many things to your liking.
Cons:
It is a site that requires basic technical knowledge to be able to use the basic actions, plus it has so many menus that it is easy to get lost.

Great, sales team aren't pushy and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Have been there when we needed them but also left us alone when we asked to "play with the system"

Easy to set up and create dashboards. The process of adding monitoring to not only hardware (servers etc) but also our Azure Subscriptions was easy and quick with the walkthroughs being well documented and very easy to follow
Cons:
Limited vendor support for firewall (Cisco/Meraki) would be nice to see Fortinet and other vendors, other than that very happy with the product so far!

site 24*7 has been excellent tool for monitoring all your infrastructure across your all environment .I really like the centralized dashboard where i can see everything from all cloud resources , on-premises firewall like PaloAlto,Fortigate,F5 Load Balancer
Cons:
Basically one area that can improved is initial configuration experience since its new tool so the documentation sometimes lacks clarity for specific use case

Easy to configure agents, clean useful dashboard, default monitors are just about all that most people need. Not difficult for a competent tech to implement and manage.
Cons:
Nothing so far - well perhaps configuring dashboards could be a little easier. Overall I have found this to be one of the easier monitoring / management tools to get going with. Just started to look at MS 365 (cloud) monitoring - not sure how useful this will be in real-life.
