AssetWIN is an asset tracking solution that helps businesses in education, finance, healthcare and other industries streamline inventory management and usage monitoring operations. The software allows enterprises to configure data types and maintain records with custom information like item descriptions, alias names, data view and more.

AssetWIN allows teams to record and validate asset data using various mobile devices and Bluetooth scanners. The application offers check-in/out functionality, which lets administrators allot assets to groups, departments or individuals, renew contract period, verify item details using built-in search and receive alerts for overdue assets. Additionally, it lets managers generate custom reports and filter and export information to gain visibility into transactions, asset overview and other metrics.

Pros:

Asset Systems helped us to utilize the system to fit our custom needs. Custom reports and a custom tool to interface with the system was fantastic.

Cons:

Required annual renewal of the software just to continue using the system is a bit painful for us. It would be better to not have the annual renewal of software license and just have annual maintenance renewal where we could continue to use the software.

Reasons for switching to AssetWIN

Easier to use and less maintenance on our internal resources.

Pros:

The functionality and how easy it is to use. Learning how to use the software took no time at all.

Cons:

The report section can be a bit confusing at times just due to the amount of options you have. Once a report is saved you are able to avoid having setup issues.
