About Guide Ti

Guide Ti is an on-premise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution for enterprise-level companies in industries such as agriculture, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and more. The solution integrates with ERP solution from Microsoft, SAP, Sage and Oracle to sync maintenance data with financial information.

Guide Ti offers real-time data analysis related to company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational costs. It also supports bar code readers, PDAs and tablets to manage inventory, parts and work orders. When action is required on a work order, the appropriate user is tagged via an indicator on their homepage.

Guide Ti helps in asset management by tracking warranties, creating a tree structure to visualize equipment organization, managing supplier contracts and checking the status of equipment being repaired. It can also sort work orders by the employee addressing the issue, issue type and the job status. Support is offered via email and phone.

User friendly and feature rich EAM/CMMS software!

Coming from organizations that used EAMs that were "business" or "accounting/finance" focused, it was very nice to finally be using a software that had maintenance management at it's core. Guide TI makes physical asset management a breeze and has more features that you can imagine - if you need it, they likely have it!

Pros:

Too many pros to list all of them, but as a maintenance and reliability engineer working on optimizing fleet performance and maintenance efficiency, here are a few:- Extremely powerful planning and scheduling tool to set effective and efficient maintenance plans.- Ability to easily track work order cost, delays and failure modes to perform reliability analyses.- Ability to define detailed preventive maintenance programs.- Extensive customization features to essentially fit any organization's needs and business processes.- Very user friendly layout making it easy to navigate through different modules.

Cons:

Guide TI's customizability is very extensive, and it can certainly get complex. However, they have a team of dedicated specialists to help you get through this set up, and very worth it in the end.

L'outil de planification facilite le travail du superviseur et des mécanos. Les arrêts machine imprévus ont considérablement diminué depuis l'implantation de Guide TI étant donné que les entretiens préventifs sont faciles à suivre.

Cons:

Les droits d'accès sont très détaillés ce qui complexifie la configuration.

Le logiciel Guide Ti nous permet de suivre notre parc d’équipements et de bien planifier la multitude d’entretiens préventifs qui doivent être effectués pour maintenir nos installations à un niveau de fonctionnement sans reproche. Il facilite grandement la déclaration de requête par notre clientèle interne pour effectuer des travaux correctifs.

Cons:

La gestion des droits d’accès est très développée ce qui peut rendre sa configuration périlleuse par moment.

SamFM : Ce logiciel ne nous permettait pas d'apporter nos propres modifications. Nous devions constamment faire appel aux techniciens de la compagnie. Cette façon de faire était fastidieuse.

Logiciel de classe mondial.

Guide Ti est un logiciel qu'on ne pourrait plus se passer. Il nous permet à la fois d'être proactif et d'avoir un historique extrêmement précis de nos correctifs. La gestion des achats des pièces est aussi très appréciée. Finalement, les tableaux de bord sont très pratique et facile d'utilisation.

Pros:

La planification des maintenances préventives est vraiment un outil très apprécié. Il permet de ne jamais rater une maintenance. Nous l’avons même étendue à la calibration de nos équipements de mesure. La gestion des bons de travail est aussi très solide car cela nous permet de toujours être en mesure de retrouver toutes les interventions sur un équipement assez facilement.

Cons:

Beaucoup de paramètres à définir pour les profils et les utilisateurs. La gestion d'envoyer des courriels automatiques pourrait être améliorer.

Le module de planification avancée (Plan 3) nous permet de gérer l’ordonnancement de nos bons de travail efficacement tout en étant très simples d’utilisation.

Cons:

Le fait que le logiciel de Guide TI n’est pas encore totalement en version Web nous oblige à paramétrer en double vos formulaires si vous voulez utiliser la version web. Ça rend le déploiement un peu plus ardu.

Maintenance Planner

As a Planner using GuideTi for more than 20 years, I like all the updates that we have had since I began. Making this software more user friendly helps everyone do their jobs more efficiently. I have used other maintenance software in the past and nothing has the capability like GuideTi does.

The concise administration factor. You can choose limitations on users access by their profile.

Cons:

I cannot think of any cons at this point. The only problem I have is with GuideMobile. but I think it is more of an issue with our IS/IT department than COGEP.

Easy to understand, fast to implement and friendly to end users

Cons:

Technical Support; 1.- Normal service is fast an effective for simple problems. 2.- Service for complex request is managed by tickets as normal IT company, and most of the times depend on the availability of the supporter, It lead to long time answer while user is struggling with the problem; Need to take in account that we are operating in daily basis and depending a lot of the system that should be working properly. 3.- For urgent situations it is impossible to communicate by phone, always answering machines; direct contact person assigned is just available as per scheduled meeting, but not for unexpected cases or emergencies.
