About CloudConvert

CloudConvert is a document management solution, which assists businesses of all sizes with the import and conversion of different file formats such as audios, videos, pictures, eBooks, spreadsheets or presentations.

CloudConvert lets users customize multiple parameters such as screen width, height or resolution of screenshots. Employees can merge multiple PDF files and convert them into compressed ZIP archives using drag-and-drop functionality. It also enables professionals to export files to Google Drive or Dropbox and secure them to prevent unauthorized data access.

It offers API-based integration with multiple third-party applications including Trello, Microsoft Office 365, Gravity Forms, Pipedrive and more. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via online measures.

Was ok but don’t think I will be taking on after the free trial ends.

There’s no adds, it’s pretty easy to use but does have its minor downsides.

Cons:

I didn’t like how files took forever to move files. Free trial didn’t really work and then made me pay to get to what I needed before the free trial ended!

We liked how easy it was to convert all different types of documents and files online without requiring any downloaded software, into unexpected formats and how quick and easy it was to do such without any labourous work.

Cons:

Some files would corrupt or not be recognised, however it was usually an easy fix by contacting the team or making edits to the file before converting it.

CloudConvert converts my images online with ease. They support JPG, GIF, and so many more, these are the main features I use. You can also use options to control the image resolution, quality and file size.

Cons:

I really don't have any complaints at this point. Although I'm a fairly new user I have not had any problems so far.

A Business "Must Have" Software!

I use this product for my business, art and personal files. CloudConvert offers many types of file conversions, optimization such as compression and merging files. I use it often to convert PDF files to Word.

Pros:

I use many files and download files from many sources. However, there are times when I need to change the file type. I always use CloudConvert for this task. It has never failed to make the changes I need with perfect quality for instant download. I can't do business without it.

Cons:

The free version has a file use limit. To continue using, a CloudConvert account must be created. If you don't like joining various online sources, this may be a problem.

CloudConvert - A Great Way To Get Your Files Converted

I started using Cloud Convert about a year ago when I was looking for a way to convert a word doc I received into a PDF, and now I pretty much use it for everything I needed converted!

I love how easy and intuitive CloudConvert is, I can easily get files converted through them online! It really helps that they support pretty much all of the major video, audio and document file types. They are my first choice in online file conversion!

Cons:

Cons:

- Occasional outage, maybe 30 minutes total over 2 years. - Responses from API services can be a little vague sometimes
