BuildBase Docs helps solve the communication gap between you and your trades partners by enforcing a universal naming convention to all of you project documents.

With BuildBase Docs, there can only ever be one active version of a building permit. Everyone knows where and how to find the building permit and if the building permit changes, BuildBase sends out a notification to all the relevant partners that need to be informed about the change.

Pros:

The product is easy to use, navigate, and search for exactly what your looking for. Customizable roles and access permissions allow for one source of truth without complicating or requiring multiple sources to limit access to particular users where required. Standardizing document classifications while maintaining version control is a must and HoBO Docs does not sacrifice your ability to tailor itself to exactly your business needs.

Cons:

No negatives come to mind. Prior versions required speed enhancements which have already been completed.
