About PDF Editor Pro

PDF Editor Pro is an app for macOS devices that enables users to edit, convert, and annotate PDF documents, including scanned files. It uses OCR technology to digitize scanned documents and convert them to editable files. PDF Editor Pro offers tools for adding, moving, updating, and deleting text as well as various markup tools. The app is compatible with macOS 10.6.6 and later operating system versions. It is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.

PDF Editor Pro allows users to create, fill out, merge, and split PDFs. Handwritten signatures can be scanned and imported to the app to be stamped on documents. Other predefined stamp types are available, such as “approved” and “confidential.” Users can set passwords to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive documents. Drawing tools include highlight, underline, strike through, sticky notes, hyperlinks, and others. PDF pages can be added, rotated, extracted, and deleted.

A PDF Editor Pro user license can be purchased for a one-time fee. Support is provided by Wondershare via an online help center, email, and other resources.

fast and powerful editor

I use it mainly to modify PDFs, which makes it quick and easy, there are some details to improve the interface but it is the least.

text editing is its main use, however the other functions are of great help when you work with texts frequently.

Cons:

as all editors, the functions vary and can be unfriendly, if you do not have experience with editors it is difficult to use it

Reasons for switching to PDF Editor Pro

I needed a PDF reader/editor that works on Win10 and Linux, allows me to fill-in forms and is stable, fast and cost effective. PDF EDITOR PRO was my final selection. Make sure to fully uninstall the free version and reset the PDF file extension linkage before installing the purchased new version. It has a lot of functionality - so there is a bit of a learning curve. Also, the user interface is a bit different - not bad, but needs a little getting used to.

When Microsoft cancelled my Word program, I needed something to be able to create documents. Now I want to get rid rid of it but am afraid my documents that used it will disappear.

Cons:

Limited functionality. Could not even insert tables.

I've been very happy with PDF Editor Pro. I needed to add a manual PO for our finance team on to the invoice and with PDF Editor Pro, it meant that I could do this as well as highlight the amount on there. In turn, it was easier and more efficient for our Finance team to process the invoice.

Cons:

I wish it would default as the main programme to edit PDF's in, but that can be sorted with settings.

Very Good Editing tool.

I used PDF Editor Pro when I had a Mac. It was very convenient and I would highly recommend it.

Pros:

Very easy to scan files.( I haven't seen this feature work as well in other editors). You can merge and split individual PDF files (can decide the order). Text can be easily modified, moved, and deleted. There are existing stamps - ('Urgent', 'Approved', and you can create your own. Handwritten Initials and Signatures can be scanned (or photographed your phone) and saved - you can provide them names, and sort in individual groups, very convenient.

Cons:

Wasn't a big issue but I thought typewriter functionality (when you select any spot on the page and would like to type there) could be improved a bit. Same functionality in Kofax works better.

The best thing I is that it can edit the pdf in terms of signature, images, notes, text etc. It's easy to open view files in different format.

Cons:

There's an error when which occurs when the typewriter is selected.

The greatest feature of this application is that it can edit PDF files in a variety of ways, including modifying signatures, photos, notes, and text, among other things. worth it!

PDF Editor pro has saved alot of time as compare to other products I have encountered in the past. It has helped in our business to focus on core task rather than "documentation".

Pros:

Most easy user interface is the first most commendeble compliment for Editor pro software. As an associate dentist at my firm, I have to work a lot with documents and quote sharing with clients-hence frequent requirement of editing proposal docs/pdf files which has become so quicker and easier because of editor pro software.

Cons:

It is indeed a great product for MAC users. However, cost should be slightly cheaper so more people can afford it and enjoy hasslefree editing/converting of documents.
