About PDF Editor Pro

PDF Editor Pro is an app for macOS devices that enables users to edit, convert, and annotate PDF documents, including scanned files. It uses OCR technology to digitize scanned documents and convert them to editable files. PDF Editor Pro offers tools for adding, moving, updating, and deleting text as well as various markup tools. The app is compatible with macOS 10.6.6 and later operating system versions. It is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.

PDF Editor Pro allows users to create, fill out, merge, and split PDFs. Handwritten signatures can be scanned and imported to the app to be stamped on documents. Other predefined stamp types are available, such as “approved” and “confidential.” Users can set passwords to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive documents. Drawing tools include highlight, underline, strike through, sticky notes, hyperlinks, and others. PDF pages can be added, rotated, extracted, and deleted.

A PDF Editor Pro user license can be purchased for a one-time fee. Support is provided by Wondershare via an online help center, email, and other resources.

It was cheaper than the alternatives. False economy on my part.

Cons:

Nothing seemed to work right -- for instance, I can never get the highlighter to work. User interface is poorly designed -- e.g., ability to zoom isn't easy to find in every view. Other features are missing, like watermarks.

a 95 out of a hundred overall is what i would give the product its pretty much spot on everytime I need it.

I really like how seemless and quick I can make changes, and commit them to memory and/or make a copy to save for my own use. Its just really convienent mostly

Cons:

Sometimes I have had it not able to convert content that is handwritten. but overall I rally dont have any complaints about the product.

Simple tool, makes my work life easy

As a software engineer, I have to deal with loads of pdfs and documents every day, hence it is great to have a compact tool which I can use on any device to do all basic editing. I can use it on my phone while travelling if needed. It saves my time and effort. It fulfils all my daily document editing needs.

Pros:

My most used tool is the electronic signature, which saves me loads of time from physically printing and scanning documents. My second most used tool of this software is the conversion tool. It is quick and uploading files and converting is an easy process. The UI is pretty simple and the different buttons and tools self-explanatory and instinctual. They also let us rearrange pages and order documents as needed which helps out in editing.

Cons:

Though I haven't had any major problem with this software. But sometimes some new updates have some small issues initially. Though getting back to the older version and upgrading after some time has solved my problem in such cases.

Great app to manage pdf

I have a lot of pdf files which need managing. This app does everything I need such as maintaining the pdf files, merging, searching, etc.

It is the best app for editing and managing pdf files. Particularly, I like the feature of search where you can search inside multiple pdf files.

Cons:

It takes so much space in hard drive and RAM. It is a professional app but still some features needed to be bought!

Pros:

Pdf editor pro is the software which is provided by my company and it is in-built in my company PC. It is very easy to open and view the files in different formats. The best thing I like is that I can edit the pdf in terms of signature, images, text, markings, notes and many more. The tools are placed in a simple and chronological order. I usually use the software for forms filling and signatures. The E signature feature of the editor pro is very helpful. There is an feature of adding and subtracting pages to the pdf and also to save a copy of original pdf. The final view of the edited pdf is quite realistic and highly appreciable.

Cons:

Not much to say about the cons as the software is superb and working fantastic. I will add a suggestion over an error which some times comes when Typewriter is selected. It makes the text irregular and it has to be adjusted as per the spacing.
