About Promoboxx

Promoboxx is a marketing planning solution designed to help retailers create target-based content, run online campaigns and gain real-time data insights on various marketing attributes. It enables businesses to drive sales through local retailers and promote marketing content on retailers’ social media platforms.

Features of Promoboxx are push notifications, content management, customer profiling, data import or export, analytics and more. Marketing teams can use the platform to drive web traffic by displaying advertisements across Facebook, Instagram and mobile applications. Additionally, it offers a reporting module, which lets supervisors gain insights into customer activities through visual reports, key performance indicators, and other important metrics.

Promoboxx comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms, enabling businesses to push and pull data across systems. Straight Forward for the Most Part

Signed up originally when a manufacturer said we needed to because they were going to us it to help post. Then stopped using it when they ended that. Now, about to start again because another automotive manufacturer wants to give it a go.

Pros:
It is designed to go on social media platforms. Normally, when manufacturers put out toolbox graphics or photography, you need to go change something about it to make it work better on social. With this, it is already good to go. You can also have one account login but separate dealer accounts inside of that, so no need to keep changing it.
Cons:
There must be something about it that I don't know that causes manufacturer partnerships to stop. I've signed up because of brands making me, but then they randomly decide to stop using it. No consistency, though I can't really say if Promoboxx is the culprit.

High Quality Tool, Low User-Friendly

Helping our vendors with social posts, templated emails, and providing them with assets was very difficult. We have some vendors that need specific location based content, so we had to set up separate campaigns, some opted in to automatic posts, some didn't. The tool wasn't being used to its full capabilities, but that's because it was hard to navigate through.

Pros:
Being able to automatically post to social for our vendors, and provide them with content to post on social, email, or other assets.
Cons:
Way too many steps involved, from on boarding vendors, to setting up the campaigns, making sure they are scheduled properly. If you have vendors that all use the same content it may be easier to use. But for those that have multiple assets that go to only specific vendors, it make sit very difficult.
