About Catenda Hub

Catenda Hub is a cloud-based collaboration tool that helps businesses in the construction industry handle multiple projects and building information modelling (BIM) processes via a unified portal. The platform allows organizations to maintain an issue board to capture and assign issues to teams, add deadlines, and track progress via real-time notifications.

Catenda Hub includes role-based permissions, which enable administrators to grant document/model viewing or editing rights to external and internal stakeholders. Enterprises can create new projects, add members and track user activities. Additionally, managers can gain insights into pending issues, defects, progress and other metrics on a centralized dashboard.

Catenda Hub facilitates integration with numerous third-party applications like SharePoint, Slack, Dropbox and more. Pricing details are available on request and support is provided via phone, email, FAQs and other online measures.

    Fast and easy to use. Improve design management with BCF. Allow multiple classifications, integration with Sharepoint and Dropbox.

    Issue management in the browser

    There are several issue management softwares on the market but only a few can be easily implemented where the participants came from various fields and IT backgrounds and BIMsync is one of them.

    For us, one of the most useful part is not necessary to install it, just register and you can use it. For our customers who do not necessarily have CAD softwares on their corporate computers is a huge help. It barely does not need training to understand how it works. We switched from Excel spreadsheet report into BIMsync and it was incomparably easier to communicate the issues with the IFC models and 2D drawings.
    Cons:
    The access management can be more customizable per user and functions.

    We basically like how Bimsync support VDC-workflow and can connect what traditionally is several paralell processes in to one solution.

    Would like feature for monitoring files and folders ("notify me when something happens in this folder/file")Better BIM viewer (inspection, measuring), download options

    Project management is easier, by having the capacity to be part of the daily routine of my team. I can see models for myself, comment drawings, and check the general status of the project. In my browser or on the go.
