The hand holding for set up, the education for daily use, the customer support for the end user, everything is just great.

Pros:

The software is easy to use and focuses on resources available within the area of the client, while truly listening to feedback and evolving.

Cons:

With any technology, there are always users who need assistance with set up, but URCSI.com was FABULOUS with assisting my end client and not putting me in a position of middle man. So appreciated.
