    [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been phenomenal - she responds quickly and tracks down answers. When she's out, someone monitors her email to respond to my requests. She is willing to help us in different ways for GovWin to be as useful to our company as possible.

    All the data and the way it's analyzed in various ways. We love Flex Fields and Notes. Wish they displayed better in the results field. The analysts! People are always helping us get answers.
    Cons:
    There are some bugs I'm experiencing with Query Builder which [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is working on. I'd like for the spreadsheets to do a bit of better formatting on their own - sorting, column width, etc. I have to spend a lot of time on editing reports.

    Good product if you don't need to dig very deep

    The customer service was excellent. Our contact did everything possible to help us make the product work for us and was a great advocate. Ultimately, the product was expensive and extremely limited compared to other software that did the same thing.

    Software presents new opportunities daily in a very convenient email. You can prioritize and categorize as needed. Easy to customize searches. Customer service was very good. Probably the best part about the service.
    Cons:
    Much of the information you would use to look forward isn't very good. Found that most of the data was incomplete or not useful. We used this for state bidding and it feels like the federal side was more important.

    We have used Deltek for well over 10yrs and it has become our "go to" in the sense of holding all our prior project history and experience. It has become an invaluable tool.

    It has the capacity to handle multiple searches at one time, making it easy to track clients, projects and individuals for ease of contact and dialogue w/ others internally.
    Cons:
    We have yet to figure out whether it is possible to zoom in on the screen to make it larger and easier to see all the functions and information on a small laptop. When travelling the font size can be an issue when you don't have multiple screens to use.

    GovWin is the most comprehensive source for US public contracts, rfps and entities/companies that hold contracts in the public sector.
    Cons:
    The ease of use could be improved. If I haven't used the software in a while it takes some time to refamiliarize.

    It gives us a lot of useful information on bids. The documents are easy to download. If the documents are not available for download, it give us the contact information which is great.
    Cons:
    Sometimes I find it a little difficult searching and finding information on the Federal, State/Local & Ed Tabs that are on the Main pages
