HeavyConnect is user friendly and great to use.

It has been fantastic, changes are made in real time and as electronic forms are submitted they are sent out directly to anyone needing to see the report. There is no delay in getting accurate information into the right hands.

Pros:

How easy it is to change questions or layout of forms. I can go straight to the forms when there needs to be a change or an addition without needing to wait on any one to help me make simple changes. Also love how easy changes to forms are sent to user, users are always up to date with changes and never use different version formss because someone has not updated the app.

Cons:

The amount of updates, very regular updates, although not keeping up to date was remedied with a notification every few weeks if I have become behind on updates. Big help on stay up to date

Reasons for switching to HeavyConnect

Only one person could make changes to our electronic forms and that person moved positions so it took a long time to make any changes.

Efficient, Accurate, Informed, Remote

HeavyConnect digital dashboard and App allows me to stay in touch with farms wherever I may be. I can be involved with operations real time with Food Safety, Worker Training, Time & Productivity Tracking, Quality Assurance, Supplier & Grower Management as reports are submitted. I can easily make comments, assist with corrective actions, review for accuracy and be involved to a level that the farms may need all from an account dashboard and from anywhere. Customer Service is always available and help to find solutions quickly when I need them. Great company, great software!

Fast and easy to setup regulation documents, reports and share with users. Quick summary views to monitor compliance.

Cons:

Would be nice to have the ability to edit documents within the software for enabled users.

I can do my daily walk around our facility and us my mobile phone. Ease of is use. Peefect

Cons:

It may take 10-15 seconds to boot up and get to the right screen to do my daily facility inspection list. Not a big deal but is is a little frustrating.

I love the easy to use app that we can use on our iphones as well as the ease with which to adminstinstrate the documents once created.

Cons:

There is nothing I like least about heavy Connect. it is a good app.

Reasons for choosing HeavyConnect

We chose heavy connect because they don't dictate which forms we have to use. we submit forms our employess are already used to completing and they transfer them to the app.

The entire team at HeavyConnect made integrating the software with our existing partner farms and new farms extremely simple. Customer support is top tier. The software is also very intuitive and easy to use, even for non-tech folks.

Cons:

There are sometimes minor software bugs, however whenever this is noticed contacting the team and getting it sorted out is easy.

Reasons for choosing HeavyConnect

HeavyConnect offered the flexibility, customization, and usability we were looking for working with small diversified ag. farms. ranging from conventional, to organic, aquaponics, and indoor growing facilities.
