BuilderHelper is a cloud-based construction management solution for home builders and residential remodelers. It offers users construction bidding and estimating onscreen takeoff, and construction project management in a single suite. The estimating and project management applications can be purchased individually as stand-alone systems.

Additionally, BuilderHelper features various estimating application including Excel integration, a proposal generator and a cost database. Key features in the project management application include a CAD reader, photo management, contract management, punch list and budgeting/cost control. The takeoff application supports CAD file integration and automatic scaling, but does not support digitizer integration.

BuilderHelper is designed primarily for custom homebuilders, production homebuilders, and residential remodelers. However, it can also be used by design/build firms that work on commercial projects. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and an online support portal.
