About Twenty20

Twenty20 is a cloud-based construction management solution that helps small to large enterprises manage all processes related to projects such as accounting, internal operations and more. It comes with a centralized dashboard, which enables users to gain insights into job costs and organizational performance using charts. Furthermore, it lets contractors generate work-in-progress (WIP) reports to track project expenses.

Features of Twenty20 include estimation, database administration, forecasting, purchase order management, invoicing, general ledger, auditing, data import/export and more. It lets businesses maintain daily logs to monitor field operations, track employee attendance and manage payroll processes. Users can utilize collaboration tools to create submittal registers and track approval status from within the project portal, improving workflows across the organization.

Twenty20 allows enterprises to create business proposals and request for information (RFI) forms using a drag-and-drop interface. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email and other online measures.

Twenty20 is exactly how we want and need it to be

In comparison to the other Project Management programs we have used over the years, Twenty20 has been a pleasure to use. The interface is very user friendly, but most importantly everything is customizable to our specific business. In the past we've always had to work with what was available and try to make it work for us but with Twenty20 everything is exactly how we want and need it to be. We're looking forward to getting everything up and running on the accounting side so that it's a fully integrated system which should streamline a lot of processes for us!

Excellent Project Management

Twenty20 is very easy to use and navigate and only required some minor training. Their assistance and support has been fantastic for us and I could not ask for any better service. The twenty20 team seems to have taken the best from just about every construction software known as it pertains to project management and document control. I would highly recommend this to others looking to improve their project management software.

Twenty20 is very easy to use. They have also been able to listen and customize the software based on our requirements and recommendations. The integration with email makes is very easy to send out project documents, drawings and forms. We have been able to eliminate spreadsheets and other software solutions and consolidate to Twenty20

I have not been using the software for very long

Pros:

The software is configurable and customizable offering a unique hybrid solution more like developing your own custom application than an out of the box solution.

Cons:

There are some areas that are still in a 'beta' stage. However the team is constantly working to improve and roll out updates that make this a minor concern.

Pros:

I work with almost every marketplace for selling photos there is, and twenty20 is one of the best. It is new, but it is from the envato family so you can trust it to upload you work and start selling asap!

Cons:

I couldn’t yet figure out how to upload video.
