The software works well. Support can be tricky at times.

I would have not issue with continuing to use Embed at this point in time.

Pros:

In over 6 years of use I can only think of 1 or 2 times the software has gone offline. It is very stable and easy to use.

Cons:

Support at times can be hard to get a hold of. Most support techs are knowledgeable but I have run across a couple that knew less than we did about the product.

Our old software, which I won't name, would constantly crash on us.
