About Akita

Akita is a cloud-based customer success solution designed to help businesses identify upselling or cross selling opportunities and reduce customer churns. The application enables administrators to create customer segments, track usage data to generate health scores and monitor account health.

Customer success managers can use the application to trigger predefined workflows based on customer activities and behavior. Akita allows supervisors to send automated alerts to customers for overdue invoices, open support tickets, ratings and more. The integrated inbox system lets professionals consolidate customer data including tasks, emails, NPS surveys and help-desk tickets.

Akita comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms, such as AWeber, Slack, ActiveCampaign, Agile CRM, Hubspot, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Stripe and more. Pricing is available on monthly and annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, live chat and other online measures.

Akita has allowed me to improve a more personalized attention for clients by giving them more support and being clearer about the possible problems that each one presents.
