In Skyward CRM’s sales force automation module, users can manage contacts and leads. Sales teams will see live data and search the contact database. Skyward is a nice tool for parents to stay up to date on their children's school progress

As a parent (end user) I think this is a great tool which the school district (Lamar CISD in Texas) has implemented to help parents be able to stay up to date on how their children are doing in school. I have noticed a few bugs that keep me from switching views from one student to another, however it typically resolved itself when logging out and back in again.

Pros:

I like the features which allow you to view your child's schedule (Including the names and contact info of their teachers) as well as their grades.

Cons:

The system can be a little clunky and not always able to move between views for multiple children easily.

Great CRM software that comes with customization

Skyward CRM is made for all need, whether it is starting up, small or medium businesses. It is customisable with both level - on-premise and online and also can be integrated into third party systems. After implementing Skyward CRM, we were able to improve coordination between other departments such as sales, IT teams which leads us to generate huge revenue.
