Feedspace is a developer's dream for implementing social proof. It transforms a traditionally code-heavy, manual process into a zero-maintenance client feature. The developer experience is exceptional, featuring clean, versatile embed codes that work seamlessly across React, Next.js, WordPress, and plain HTML, complemented by a well-documented API for custom builds. The killer feature is the auto-sync functionality, which allows clients to collect and manage their own video or text testimonials through an intuitive UI, with new content appearing live on their site instantly without requiring a single code update, saving me from endless maintenance requests and adding significant value to my deliverables.

Cons:

The main drawback is the desire for deeper customization, specifically more control over CSS variables to achieve perfect design system integration without workarounds.

Feedspace is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. I was able to collect and display testimonials quickly without any learning curve.

Cons:

So far, I haven’t found anything major to complain about — maybe just a few small improvements could be made to the design customization options and more language.

Finally found a feedback tool that meets all my needs

I have tried many feedback and review tools,but feedspace has been the one that firs my needs best.It has saved me a lot of time by streamlining the whole process of collecting and showcasing feedback. My clients also find it easy to respond,which has helped me increase enegement,payment and billing are transparent, and I haven't faced any major bugs or issues.Overall,It's been a realiable solution that feels worth the investment.

I really liked how easy it was to setup feedspace and start collection reviews. the Interface is clean and starightforward, and I didn't need much guidance to get going. Their customer support has also been very responsive whenever I has questions. Compared to other tools I have used before.Feedspace actually feels more fulfiling and covers most of my requirements so far.

Cons:

I wouldn't call it a major issue,but I wish there were more customization options for the survey design and widgets.The current features work fine,though.

Reasons for switching to Feedspace

I switched from Senja to Feedspace because Feedspace felt more complete for my needs. With Senja, I found myself limited in customization and flexibility, while Feedspace gave me easier setup, better support, and features that actually fit my workflow. It has been more reliable and fulfilling so far.

Cons:
