Great Product to streamline assessment is a Covid enviroment.

Dealing with the organization as a whole has been outstanding. I have dealt with the CEO, Sales Executives, Product support and all of it has far surpassed other interactions I have had with other vendors.

Pros:

The ease of creating custom assessments, also the ability to align them to controls sets that customers are looking for. We use the tool in our process as a validation tool for evidence collection on a custom set of controls. Alyne far exceeds any other tool we have looked at.

Cons:

To this point we only had one issue and that is with some of the standard mappings, but Alyne has addressed those.

Reasons for switching to Alyne

The cost and usage of the program was way to high for us to pass along to our customers. Also they did not have the process to create assessment and deliver them to a client.
