Okku doet wat het moet doen goed

Wij zijn als bedrijf enorm gegroeid. Om binnen het huidige pand te kunnen blijven werken moeten we flexibeler met de werkplekken omgaan. Okku maakt dit mogelijk en biedt daarnaast ook waardevolle inzichten in het gebruik van bureau's.

Pros:

- Mensen kunnen eenvoudig een werkplek reserveren - Zelfs met combinaties van flex werken en vaste ruimtes werkt dit - QR scan bij de ingang voor bevestiging van reservering - Vriendelijke service bij wijzigingen - Enthousiast team dat open staat voor feedback en het nog beter maken van Okku - Koppeling met Azure AD voor authenticatie

Cons:

Omdat we werken met verschillende teams die op verschillende dagen op verschillende plekken zitten, was het inplannen een aardige puzzel. Het werkt maar laat ons wel zien dat we meer naar echt flex over moeten.

Okku voor werkplek en vergaderruimtes reserveren

Werkplekreserveringen. Duidelijk overzicht voor ieder welke werkplekken en vergaderruimtes beschikbaar zijn. En welke door bijvoorbeeld restricties niet in gebruik zijn.

Pros:

Gemakkelijk te gebruiken door overzichtelijke plattegronden. Deze kan men aanleveren en in overleg goed ingericht. Het is uitermate goed in te stellen naar specifieke wensen voor rechten van groepen en personen. De koppeling met bijvoorbeeld Office365 werkt erg goed.

Cons:

Weinig nadelen want de specifieke wensen die wij hadden werden na overleg als functionaliteiten toegevoegd aan Okku.

Goede begeleiding van idee tot werkend product. Erg goede prijsstelling en zeer behulpzame medewerkers.

Snel en makkelijk

Pros:

1 van de belangrijkste punten vind ik het makkelijke gebruik op mobiel. Ik gebruik de tool dagelijks voor het maken van een reservering. Het is snel en er zijn maar een paar drukken op de knop nodig om snel een reservering te maken. Daarnaast vind ik de plattegronden zeer overzichtelijk.

Cons:

Een eventueel minpunt, vind ik dat ik niet zie welke plekken er op het moment dat ik kijk beschikbaar zijn. Ik moet eerst een tijdsbestek invullen, waardoor alleen de plekken zichtbaar zijn die beschikbaar zijn in het door jou gekozen tijdvak. Ik zou het bijvoorbeeld niet erg vinden een plek te kiezen aan de hand van de beschikbaarheid van de plek.

Je hebt inzicht in het werkplekgebruik tijdens hybride werken. Collega's hebben gegarandeerd een werkplek na reserveren en komen niet voor niets op kantoor. Collega's kunnen heel gemakkelijk op andere vestigingen werken door reserveren van een werkplek.

Cons:

Nog geen nadelen gevonden. Alles ging heel soepel.

Met Okku krijgen we inzicht in CO2 in de leslokalen. Dat wordt steeds belangrijker.

Door de koppeling met SSO is het pakket gemakkelijk te gebruiken met de eigen accounts. Daarnaast wordt het pakket actief ontwikkeld, waarbij je merkt dat er steeds functionaliteit, snelheid of stabiliteit bij komt. Daarnaast is het contact met Okku fijn. Lekker laag drempelig.

Cons:

Door de vernieuwing, moet je af en toe wennen aan de nieuwe interface of mogelijkheden.
