Pros:

I can do anything I want with my DPA because of Confect - Story designs, video designs, new designs for campaigns, and much much more. I have tried other tools, and the 2 other tools we tried are WAY too complex and difficult to setup, especially on a day-to-day basis. Confect has increased our performance, brand, and productivity as a marketing team in an easy way.

Cons:

The only small thing I can think of is that it would be great if they added french support at some point, but in general their response times and answers are amazing from their support team.

Good platform to create and optimise your product catalog.

My overall experience with confect is great. After I figured it out and the minor problem was fixed it worked smoothly and stable. Whenever there is a problem the support is on it and will help you until it's fixed.

The customer service is great. I got answered very quickly and they fixed the problem the same they. Good communication and a personal approach. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

It isn't super clear on how the set-up works. It took a while to find the right instructions that could help me further. Perhaps I just haven't found the right videos, but it would be great to have a video which explains the set-up of the system. What does what and where are all the functions for.
