One-Stop Shop to Create Your Own Shop!

Using Gigrove has been a pleasant surprise from the beginning. What started as "Oh this looks interesting, let's try it" very quickly turned into "Wait, it can do that?!" The new features being added each month make using the platform exciting. It challenges you to market and promote your products in the best possible way; if I can add a video of my product, then why wouldn't I? If I can specify the details to offer greater clarity of purchase for my clients, then why wouldn't I? Gigrove is making transparent marketing and ethical product promotion possible. Customer support has been brilliant - as a non-tech savvy person I often have questions that can seem basic and obvious to others. Support has been patient and efficient with answering my questions and directing me to resources that help me for future reference.

Pros:

Gigrove is an incredibly easy to use e-commerce option. The product dashboard is customisable with different 'tabs' that allow you to give as much or as little information on the products on offer as possible, with the ability to add videos, images, product attributes, etc. It's possible to personalise the site with your own brand colours, logo, language (branded copy for the win!) and URL domain. You're able to customise each product with individual shipping fees, order notes, as well as product characteristics like weight, size, colour, etc. The option to generate a 'domain map' listing for each product is also a huge bonus with SEO and searchability. Branded emails go a big way towards keeping the user experience smooth and confusion-free. The ability to integrate with software like Zapier allows for creativity in automations - like automatically generating coupon codes for an online course (hosted elsewhere) or just automatically signing them up for the course from the instant of payment in Gigrove. Finally, bust most importantly, support from Gigrove is fast, efficient and clear. When things get confusing or something seems to be glitching, support responds to emails and are actually available to help. The company seems to be constantly upgrading the product and implementing new features at the suggestion of their users, making this an ever-evolving product that just gets better and better.

Cons:

The lack of a blog page feature is a disadvantage. Due to the comprehensive features of the software, offering a blog option would negate the necessity of using another website platform that integrates with Gigrove, making it a true 'one-stop shop' for small business owners. The ability to customise the colours and layout of the shop even more than what is currently possible would give greater flexibility.

Best e-Commerce Platform for Small Businesses

I always wanted to create an easy-to-built e-Commerce store and personally using Gigrove is definitely helping me achieve this quickly. So many WooCommerce add-ons needed have to be purchased since it's not provided for free. From a small business owner like me, the price of those add-ons are not cheap at all. Gigrove provided a full store builder without me having to buy any add-ons. The price also quite affordable compared to the total I must pay to get those add-ons of WooCommerce.

Strong ecommerce solution with a super competitive price

I tried to build a store for a client but we needed more advanced options and move to another platform, then I use Gigrove for my own projects where I don't need complex stuff and the platform works well.

One of the best and easiest product to setup

Overall Gigrove is very cost effective way of dong e-commerce and it has everything that you need in comparison of Shopify and other major ecommerce sites. Gigrove has one time payment instead of monthly payments to access their software. Also, they don't charge you a fee for every transactions. The software is very rudimentary but remember its very easy to use. I was the first ones to be testing Gigrove and they have not failed me. In comparison to Shopify, this is a great alternative if you are short on budget. You can always buy their lifetime deal on Appsumo.com

I love the fact that setting up your store is sooo easy to do! Coming from a Wordpress background, this was pain free compared to what is the norm in setting up stores in Wordpress!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the backend wasn’t branded to the store owner but a fix might be in the works for that.

An Awesome App For The Gig Economy!

Gigrove is a piece of software with great potential! I have started a shop on Gigrove to sell my E-Books and digital toolkits and my experience has been awesome! The support team has always been there in case I face any issues, they are extremely responsive and supportive. I highly recommend Gigrove.

An extremely easy to deploy and use platform, it has an awesome admin panel. It has great features, everything that you would need to run your e-commerce store and some more! has some unique features targeting people selling digital products and services. Above all, I love how supportive the team is.

Cons:

I can't call them cons, but rather there are still a couple of areas that the developers are still ironing out, but these are minor issues in my opinion. I could mention one which is translations into a wide range oil languages.

Cons:

- app creators responding to support requests and questions was found to be very arrogant - no practical way to white-label products/services added to the platform. app requires each item to be individually mapped to domain and takes more than 24 hours to enable it. not practical approach at all considering website having thousands of products/services and hundreds being added every day

It let grow your business with effortless online selling. It gives you calm between all the chaos that exist on other similar softwares Accept all the kind of online payments you and your customer will need. Do not matter the country on which your business is settled up, cause has all the VAT, IVA, Taxes.. you will need without making you nuts about how to implement. It is easy to go and connect. UX friendly. Customizable and Easy to use. Good option and I'm happy to have it for all my different shops.

Cons:

The url of the shops must use gigrove extension better than yours... but it can be changed with a short url extension. Not a problem.

I hate this app.

As I mentioned above, it’s incredibly slow. I was never able to get the booking tool to work correctly. It always booked on different calendars and I wasn’t able to get them to sync up so that way I didn’t get double booked for different products. I found the variable pricing to be wonky and I was never able to set that up correctly either. I dislike that if I wanted to put images in my product listing, it just made a long column of pictures instead of being able to click through them. However, my biggest complaint is that I purchased this product through AppSumo and I gave an honest review of the product and you guys chose never to publish that review. I think that’s shady and crummy and I have zero intentions of ever recommending this product to anybody, ever.

Cons:

There wasn’t much I liked about the software at all. But my biggest complaint was that it was so unbearably slow. I can’t even stand having to log into it or to go look up my orders in the tool because everything takes forever.
