Overall, I think that ReadySign is superior to its competitors because of its affordability and great features. I had an easy and smooth time transitioning from using DocuSign, and I have consistently found the program very easy to use. Aside from the two things described above, I have found ReadySign to be perfect and have had no issues.

Pros:

I love that ReadySign is user-friendly and easy to use. The interface is very easy to understand, and my favorite feature is the Audit Trail, which is really comprehensive and so helpful when keeping track of documents that have a lot of signers. ReadySign is also less expensive than competitors and is the same (and in some aspects better) than other similar electronic signature apps.

Cons:

I think the feature that is missing that I would like to see is the ability to send multiple users the document at once and then have it go to another person after all of the first users signed. For example, instead of either being sent to "all signers at once" or "to signers in order" there were a way to send it to 1st: Signer A, Signer B, Signer C and then 2nd: Signer C. Also, the only other thing is that sometimes it is hard to get the signature line exactly on the line on the document. The little signature block has a tendency to jump up and down and not go smoothly onto the line on the document consistently.

Highly recommend ReadySign

With moving to virtual meetings, parent signature and consent is IMPERATIVE in our business. Getting signature and consent with mail was taking an extreme amount of time and students were having to wait for services. With electronic signature options, children are getting the services they need and we are able to conduct our meetings effectively.

This software has allowed our organization to both develop custom templates as well and individualize forms to send for signature. The formatting of forms is very easy use which allows us to use this with any form. The system is very easy for families to navigate and sign forms electronically.

Cons:

When duplicating checkboxes, moving them to fit the form can be challenging.

Pros:

ReadySign has made a cumbersome process infinitely more efficient! It is actually hard to pick one thing that I like most about this software -- there are several things that are excellent: it is easy to use (once you learn how, which is not difficult), it allows us to collect secure and valid signatures by email without extra scanning, it sends automatic reminders to our outside signers, so they get prompted by the system instead of us needing to find a polite way to ask if they've reviewed the document yet, AND it has an audit trail so I can see exactly when the signature request was made, when the reminder went out, and if it has/has not been signed. I could not go back to the way we did this before!!

Cons:

I have to think to come up with a negative for this review -- I would have to say that some of the menu items could be a little clearer. Perhaps it would be nice if there were little "hover notes" that could be toggled on and off, that would tell the user what a menu item is for.

Cost Effective and Full Featured

Overall, the software works well for what it does and allows all of the identified users to send out items for digital signature quickly and easily.

Pros:

The ability to send an unlimited amount of envelopes out for a set price is a game changer. When you have to pay for each packet you send with other products, you find yourself finding reasons why you shouldn't use the platform so that you can avoid the cost.

Cons:

The inability to replace the underlying document once you have marked it up with fillable fields.

Working in the world of special education, my day is filled with paperwork! This product allows me to get everyone (even people outside of my organization) to sign documents, quickly and with great ease.

Cons:

I would love some sort (like 1-2 min) videos to share with my teachers and staff on how to use the product. I also don't like that I misspelled a name wrong once, and I can't seem to edit it back to the correct persons name. This means I can't use the autofill feature.

Easy to Use. You need to click and drag signature, date, and more. You can save signer info to use it in the future. The audit trail is easy to read.

Cons:

I'm working with about 200 students. I can not track individual student completion as a list on a page. I need to go and check them.
