Adding docs. we use regularly saves us so much time. You can send out docs in seconds w/ preloaded docs.

Cons:

Sometimes with you hit enter it takes you out of the document and back to the main screen.

Pros:

It's easy for my staff to use, it's easy for my clients to use, and it makes us run smoother. I really like that you can simultaneously sign with multiple parties now. We love that it goes to our clients via text. That makes things go a lot faster.

Cons:

I wish I could set up a follow up system to remind people to sign something if they haven't done it yet.

1-2-3-4 VineSign VineSign I Want More!

I love it. Although there are some in my office that do not use it with the regularity that I do, I find myself a more efficient being all thanks to VineSign!

The fact that is sends signature requests to client's text messages.

Cons:

Nothing. It is the perfect product. If I had to argue about one thing, I guess it would be the loading times it takes after a client/signer clicks on a link to take them to VineSign.

This is just a fantastic platform. Easy-going, user-friendly, and most importantly, super organized. I'm a person that forgets almost everything, and ever since I started using Filevine, I haven't missed a thing at work.

It's easy, engaging, and most importantly, useful. If you or your organization needs help, Filevine is the way to go.

Cons:

I don't find the sidebar assistant very useful. In fact, when it was introduced to the platform, I found the button position super annoying. One miss click, and the bar would pop up—almost like a jumpscare.

What I appreciate most about VineSign is its ability to clearly display all documents that require signatures and identify which ones need to be removed. This functionality is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. I truly enjoy using this platform.

Cons:

The only issue is dragging the initial blocks onto the page. Aside from that, everything else is perfect.
