The only issue we encounter was about phone number which is attached to a mail account in Yousign and signing asking on other mail address with same number - thjis is forbidden by Yousign.

The communication of this company is very bad. They communicate the wrong price, acknowledge that, and still don't do anything about it. For €30,- per document they are not even able to provide a smooth workflow.

I had used other eSignature solutions in the past: they weren't terrible, but they weren't anything special either. Yousign has clearly managed to create a superior experience in a field where most seemed to have given up trying to offer something new. The design and general feel of the app wowed me at first, and the simplicity getting through the different steps to sign a contract won me over in the end: terrific product!

It was super easy to use and provided amazing value for the price, definitely a recommendation in comparison to expensive enterprise solutions.

Trotz des Premiumpreises habe ich mich für YouSign registriert, weil ich eine QES-Option brauche, und diese werden leicht verständlich im YouSign-Blog erklärt. Meine Erwartung bei diesem Premiumpreis ist, dass die Software auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Zu meinem Erschrecken muss ich feststellen, dass der Preis für das Service nicht mit der Qualität übereinstimmt. Es gab mehrere Male, wo das System einen Fehler bei der Identifikation aufweist, aber nicht genau beschreibt, um was für einen Fehler es sich handelt. Als es endlich funktioniert hat, akzeptiert das System nicht, wenn man mehrere Vornamen hat, was bei vielen ausländischen Namen üblich ist. Das wäre eigentlich nicht so schlimm, wenn das System beim Versenden der Einladung eine Warnung gegeben hätte. Aber hier lässt das System Vornamen mit mehreren Wörtern zu, und man erfährt erst nach dem Prozess, dass es deswegen nicht funktioniert! Und als wäre das alles nicht schon schlecht genug, bekomme ich eine Antwort von der Kundenbetreuung, dass jeder Versuch, egal ob erfolgreich oder nicht, als Creditverbrauch berechnet wird. Also jeder Versuch 15 EUR! Das ist eine Frechheit, und meiner Meinung nach hat das Unternehmen auch keine Motivation, die Software zu verbessern, denn auch bei einem Bug der Software muss der Kunde für diesen Fehler die Kosten tragen. Also absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Viel zu teuer für das, was es anbietet. Andere Anbieter wie "skribble.com" sind billiger, und du bekommst besseren Kundensupport sowie eine bessere Softwarequalität.

Generally a good tool for a fair price. However, the plans that are advertised with that they can be cancelled any time have a cancellation period. In our case we had an annual plan and cancelled it on time before the renewal just to find out that there is a notice period of 15 days before the renewal date. This was nowhere mentioned except, maybe, small in the Terms which nobody reads. It should be communicated clearly. The fact that they don't do that shows that they mainly care about their revenue instead of making their customers happy.
