Great ease-to-use Email tool

My overall experience has been satisfactory considering the tools available, the email investigation tool is a great plus to analyze your delivery methods and legitimacy, easyspf helps with your spf records in a simple way, it incorporates known vendors to incorporate them as delivery methods in your spf (google, microsof, zoho, etc). There are things to improve but the advantage is that it has constant development.

ease-to-use platform, It has delegated tools for centralized management of DNS records for email protection such as SPF and DMARC, it has useful graphics and reports, as well as a message sending testing tool for delivery analysis.

Cons:

They could incorporate DKIM/ARC records management, improve reporting, which for those of us who are just starting to learn about this utility, finds it somewhat complicated to interpret the reports.

An easy and intuitive tool for adopting DMARC to protect your domain

We had spoofing problems, since we do not know the benefits of using DMARC and a tool that facilitates its adoption. With easydmarc we have improved our security levels and it also makes it easier for us to monitor and manage the domain.

Easy and very understandable tool for monitoring, reporting and using utility tools to ensure that your domains operate with the greatest possible security and prevent you from being a victim of spoofing/phishing and other scams.

Cons:

I would like other tools for security testing to also be incorporated, such as spoofing test to avoid using third-party tools to perform this type of testing from a single console.

Easy configuration and robust tools for analyzing your DMARC performance

Found it after trialing other products like Postmark where I was dissatisfied.

I've trialed a number of the DMARC tools out there competing in this space and without a doubt, this is the most useful tool with the best analytics. In particular, the ability to drill down into the reports and identify emails marked as a threat and determine if they are legitimate sources that need fixing was extremely helpful in resolving any DMARC issues and allowed me to quickly and confidently get to a 100% reject configuration with DMARC for my domains.

Cons:

Nothing. The product just works and does exactly what I need.

Postmark had inadequate tools to analyze DMARC problems and the monitoring is only weekly.

You need DMARC now

We need a true multi tenant DMARC management platform that aligned to the MSP business model and EasyDMARC were that partner. Providing a portal that allowed us to easily implement DMARC for all of our clients was a must, and EasyDMarc made it a seamless process.

EasyDMARc makes DMARC easy - now that sounds like a tag line, but I can asure you it is not. EasyDMARC provides a model for MSP that aligns to our business model, unlike some other vendors, there are no minimum purchases, and they charge per domain/customer. they have an intuitive portal that makes managing our custoemrs a breeze.

Cons:

They have worked on the their multitentnat portal for sometime now and managing users has become easier and more intuitive as of late, but still needs a little more work to make it seamless. We could always do with some better reports, but the easyDMARc reports are adequate for what we need.

Whitelists and blacklists. Don't want emails from a dodgy Russian domain? Blacklist it.

Cons:

The learning curve. Understanding the ins and outs of email technology, domains, SPF, DKIM, TLS etc. It took me a little while to get my head around it all.
