Pros:

The app offers free trial to allow the user to test the usability of the app. It has subscription fee if the user wants to maximize and use the app for a long time. It helps the user to set up an email signature to allow flexibility in delivering emails. It is easy to navigate because of its user friendly UI. The app can be used in Web and even in the mobile phones. It also provides enough communication and chat support to the user.

Cons:

The app's subscription fee is quite expensive.

Pros:

I liked program because it was easy for me to use and set up for my business email.

Cons:

There was at times that this would not pop up properly on the emails that were being sent out. The one time was around Christmas. I was actually pretty sad I could customize it how I wanted it.

Mid-Tier Email Signature

My overall experience was well enough. I do believe it's a quality email signature solution, I just found something that was more beneficial in our particular case. I found Hornet by reading about their cyber security for Microsoft 365 -- Email Signature and Disclaimer is secure, legally compliant and trusted by healthcare organizations.

- Features and feature quality -- company wide email signatures and active directory, disclaimers, secure communication links, highly secure overall. - Signature creation and implementation in a reasonable amount of time. - Company offers email encryption, malware protection, spam blocker, continuity, archiving, Microsoft 365 security and backup.

Cons:

- (Perhaps) not affordable or practical -- pricing is not clear initially. - No signature preview when composing email.
