Perfect for Managing Distributed Teams

Poor billing system, uneducated and arrogant support staff, unstable software, missing lot of key features.

Most pathetic support staff i have even seen in decades. They are full of arrogance. They do not listen to problems you are facing. But rather ready to fight. After the fight intensifies the arrogance support staff tell you go to other software. Because they know the problem you are mentioning that is a actual problem and they cannot fix it.

they are cheap. but cheap because they will later cost a huge hole in your pocket by their unstable software. Downtime. Your employees will claim they worked during the time empmonitor was down. But you have no proof of the work. So you will have to pay employees. You save 2-3 dollars a month by not using other software in market. But it will make you pay 20-50 USD to your each employee without any time tracking proof.

Cons:

Aah they are just too many. Downtime- more than 4 times in a month their system goes down. No tracking happens during that time. Faulty billing system- Their billing system is the most faulty and buggy system on earth. Till now they have not been able to implement email alerts for upcoming subscription. They even do not send you email even after the their faulty system suspends your account. You get to know from your employees that subscription has expired.

Great Attendance Management Solution.

Very easy to use, Very helpful they have a support group on Skype that will help in seconds in the setup period. And have to say thanks to [sensitive content hidden] that made it so easy for us in the Demo. We did not hesitate to get this product. We are very happy and we will be using this product for a very long time.

Nothing to complain about.. If I have something I will not hesitate to let you know.

Anybody can easily analyze the productive hours and offline hours of their employees. And also it provides the keystroke feature that I like the most.

Cons:

Sometimes, EmpMonitor doesn't count the productive hours even when the employees are working continuously. Apart from it, everything is good.

For one and a half years, I've been using EMP monitoring. It provides total team productivity for better resource utilization, and EMP attendance is utilised to determine pay. Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing when compared to other competitors are this software's main advantages.
