I believe that B2B software products should be evaluated mainly for their support. Edara has a great support team. Moreover, Edara has a lot of implementation partners in Egypt and the Suadi market. this gives them a very unique edge.

Cons:

The system is rich with features, and hence it needs a financial professional to work on it. there may be a chance to enhance the user experience to make the tool easier to use for non-accountants.

I have been using the Edara ERP for eight months and have found it easy, simple and useful for daily tasks and account statements as a treasury accountant.

A wonderful program that helps me a lot in my work with all my daily accounting tasks. A very useful program.

Cons:

The server sometimes crashes, but honestly, it is quickly fixed. I want a report for the treasury so that it can be submitted to the manager.
