Totvs System Evaluation

The software is very good and receives several updates, it is available for different areas of the company and different market segments. I used it for about 8 years and it served me well in my jobs.

The software has several features that facilitate the daily life of a company, such as controls and reports, what I like most is that it is possible to customize the reports according to the needs of each area

TOTVS é uma empresa sólida, mas o que menos me agradou foi a complexidade inicial de alguns sistemas para novos usuários, o que pode dificultar a adaptação de quem está começando, embora isso seja superado com o tempo e o suporte adequado

Pra mim um grande software com mais de 70 módulos e com alto potencial de integração com diversos outros softwares, neste quesito destaco minha experiencia com o PSIntegra da empresa Próspera Sistemas, que revolucionou o processo de integração usando o Protheus, com qualquer outro software, como Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot e diversos outros softwares externos ao Protheus, deixando o ERP da TOTVS ainda mais simpático para ser implementado em diversas empresas pelo Brasil.

O Protheus da empresa TOTVS é um excelente software de gestão, não é simples, fácil e nem barato para implementar, porém no Brasil atualmente é um dos softwares que trás mais valor a empresa que o possui, seja em facilidade, escalabilidade e segurança. Pra mim um dos melhores em custo benefício e segurança de que continuará sendo um grande software, pois tem uma grande empresa por trás que é a TOTVS, certeza de evolução e continuidade do produto, ao contrário de várias outras empresas menores, que de um dia para o outro pode ser vendida.

Cons:

O Protheus é um software antigo, muito antes da grande difusão da internet, aplicativos e dispositivos móveis, ou seja, um conceito de 1980 ainda aplicado atualmente, ele precisaria de muitas inovações, não foi desenvolvido totalmente para WEB, ou seja, ainda é um sistema aplicativo.

Excellent features, but difficult to deploy.

Pros:

The infinity of resources, integrations and functionality of the modules is something really impressive, it is possible to use the system for the most diverse segments that it easily adapts to the company's needs. This becomes a big differentiator.

Cons:

I believe that due to so many functionalities and resources, the implantation becomes something difficult, especially the invoices. In all the companies that I implanted the users had many problems regarding the use, some configurations are hidden or difficult to be found within the system. For example, updating a digital certificate is very complicated. Many steps for a process that should be simple.

In addition to the price, Totvs support is easier and has a faster return. Possibility of developing reports according to the need.

Ele disponibiliza vários segmentos para controle da empresa. Você pode utilizar para controle financeiro, de estoque, fluxo de caixa, entre tantos outros e os relatórios são importantes recursos para uma boa análise de dados. Se você pretende ter uma empresa organizada, use o Totvs, não tem melhor. E ele é muito prático e auto didata.

Cons:

A integração foi um pouco trabalhosa, mas não foi difícil. Inclusive a assistência técnica dos Totvs é excelente.
