I’m very satisfied with the app and would highly recommend it to any organization looking for a user-friendly event app with a team that delivers fast and reliable support whenever needed.

Pros:

I really appreciate the focus on user-friendliness. The app is very easy to use and not overly complicated. The Eventpack team is also incredibly quick with support and always very friendly.

Cons:

There isn’t really anything I dislike about Eventpack. The only point is that the app is still quite new, so there are still developments to be made. However, I see new features and improvements every month, which gives me a lot of confidence.

Reasons for switching to eventpack

We used to work with two apps for different purposes, which also increased the costs. That’s why we decided to switch to Eventpack. Now we only work with one app, and it’s much more user-friendly

EventPack for the win in on demand badge printing for tradeshows

This is the only company that I will work with for my tradeshow registration website and check-in for on demand badge printing. Their pricing is so fair in comparison to their competitors.

Pros:

EventPack is the most user friendly software I have found for event registration and check-in. The only other software that was as good and affordable for registration badge printing was boomset. No lines or waiting for my 1500 person event. The team communicates well and really seems to care.

Cons:

There were a few features I wanted that EventPack didn’t have yet, but they are working to implement them. They were able to build a beta system in time for my event that covered 2 of 3 functions that are bespoke to my industry. I appreciate that they made magic happen!

Event pack is so much more affordable and with all the same if not better features.

Reasons for switching to eventpack

We were with Boomset but it got bought and then the new company discontinued. So for a year or so we had to use VFairs. The second I did a demo with event pack I switched.

Pros:

What I liked most was the customer support, easy usage, and configuration. If I had to give five stars to something, it would be the prompt response from the support team and the flexibility of their development support in accommodating all our extravagant requirements. Also, they have more than one app in their environment, so we could also integrate the check-in, attendees' experience, and sponsors' lead capture into just one experience.

Cons:

What I liked the least was that we couldn't personalize our app in the backend ourselves; we had to ask the app team to do it. It would be amazing to have a configuration module.
