Excellent - we have put hundreds of thousands of users through this virtual proctoring successfully.

Huge cost savings for my clients, in the many many millions of dollars per year in saving by allowing them to move costing in-person theory only training online.

Pros:

It works with all mainstream browsers and it's extremely easy to use. The team at integrity have always provided great support and it's outstanding value for the money. Having confidence in the knowledge that the people we are issuing safety training completion records to is invaluable.

Cons:

It would be nice if it could alert a person when they are out of camera view with a visual + audio type notification to reduce the percentage of people that fail. it's a very very small percentage now, less than 2% but on high volume that still a few calls a day, so that would be an improvement, but i know it's coming!!

Elegant Solution for Online Proctoring

The people at Integrity Advocate are great at forming relationships. They are very transparent in what they do which builds a solid foundation of trust. They are clearly passionate about their product and this makes it even easier to work with them. We got everything set up very quickly and had support every step of the way. They listen when you have suggestions or ideas and work to implement those wherever possible. I have really enjoyed working with this team and hope to do so for a long time.

Pros:

It integrates easily with our current system. It runs smoothly and is aesthetically pleasing; it meets the high standard we have for all our systems. It is also very effective at proctoring while not being too invasive; our users feel comfortable using it. Integrity Advocate strikes the right balance of integrity and privacy, which is hard to find!

Cons:

Not really much to say here. Integrity Advocate continues to roll out updates, adding new functionality that you did not really think you needed until you see it. The product improves continually.

Reasons for choosing Integrity Advocate

Integrity Advocate had an elegant solution with a very smooth integration with our LMS (Brightspace by D2L). They also built their product with privacy first in mind, which was not apparent with other products. Many of the others could not provide an easy system whereby on-demand sessions were set up. Pricing was also a bit too high for the other products we looked at.

Reasons for switching to Integrity Advocate

Proctoring sessions had to be done live with a person. Users were not comfortable sharing their camera and screen with a strange. Proctoring sessions had to be scheduled, which was not ideal. The customer service was poor; we fielded too many complaints from our clients who had bad experiences trying to troubleshoot issues with Examity directly. Examity also requires students to give access of their computer to the proctor, which seemed like a security and privacy issue.

Excellent product

Due to the pandemic we needed to adjust our exam delivery model quickly to allow our learners to take licensing courses and become licenced. IA was very helpful with this transition and we were able to get things up and running in no time. We had a lot of support from IA from the time we launched and throughout our more than a year using this system.

Very easy to install and easy to use with the LMS (MOODLE). Great customer service. We’re always able to reach out to the help desk support team and they respond within minutes.

Cons:

Some limitations, such as inability to use full screen with our version of MOODLE. Some devices are not recommended due to those devices causing issues with the session.

Reasons for choosing Integrity Advocate

They responded to us quickly when we needed to implement something as soon as possible. IA was able to provide solutions to our problems in a timely manner which allowed us to offer online exams quickly to our learners without much disruption.

Integrity Advocate's customer support second to none. Administration with their system is easy to use and provides all the necessary functionality. Any support needed is always provided immediately to both our team and to our clients. The Integrity Advocate team is also always willing to work with us on improvements or new implementation we may need.

Integrity Advocate offered the most in-depth solution to our Proctoring needs. We also appreciated the personalized customer support and all the help that their team was willing to offer to help implement them as our Proctoring solution!

Our experience with Examity, after they purchased BVirtual was not as seamless as it could have been. Integrity Advocate also offered a service with more functionality at a better price!

Works on all browsers. Privacy focused (doesn't store any needless data). GDPR compliant. Super easy to setup. Extremely speedy support. Team is very helpful with customization.

Cons:

I really don't have any complaints but would love to see a standalone assessment portal for non-D2L / Moodle customers.

They were the only one that supported all browsers including mobile devices. They worked on the platform I was using (Kajabi) and they are a bit cheaper than competitors.
