Intuit Field Service Management is a field service solution that provides real-time updates from the field, job scheduling, and intuitive invoicing. Intuit Field Service Management centralizes all customers, contacts, and equipment information in one place, providing technicians with all the information they need for any job. Intuit FSM seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise to keep financial and field service data in sync.
With Intuit FSM, dispatchers have access to a comprehensive dashboard that shows technician’s work orders, location, and status. The solution makes scheduling work orders easy with drag and drop capabilities. Integration with Google Maps and GPS system allows dispatchers to track workers and locate customer sites without difficulty, minimizing travel time and streamlining order service.
For field technicians, Intuit FSM provides an iOS and Android app for mobile devices.

I would not use this product again. It's super confusing on what your paying for. There are multiple people involved and noone wants to help. THey pass it along to QB and then QB says it's not them. SO much time is wasted trying to understand what is not working on the IFSM end.

I Hate this program

I can see no benefit as far as Quickbooks goes. Everything in QB is a mess. How can I clean this mess up. Do you people have a solution to my accounting problem?

I choose IFS when I researched software and thought this would be the best because it supposedly integrated with QB. I now see that I was wrong.

We used Field Service for year but ultimately decided to switch to a new product, we still keep field serivce however because we have years worth of information in the application that we cannot lose. There are features of Field Service we loved like the customization of it for what we needed it for, so if the overall look does not bother you, I think that it would be perfect for other companies to use.
