Pros:

One of the things we appreciate about Azure NetApp Files is the level of support provided by Microsoft. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help us with any questions or issues we have. We also appreciate the cost-effective pricing model, which is based on usage and allows us to only pay for what we need.

Cons:

One minor issue we have encountered is that the file shares cannot be accessed directly from the internet, which requires us to set up a VPN or an Azure ExpressRoute to access them remotely.

I most liked about this software is it's documents management feature which support the file based application without any changes in the code.

Cons:

I have been using this application for long time fells great , there is not much to dislike , yes sometimes find it hard to integrate with another applications.

Overall experience of mine is neutral as it has wide range of feature and allows deep integration from azure still is costly.But if the cost is not issue surely go for it.

Its best thing is like it has regions over 33 geographical locations,Its fault tolerant and last but not least is that it has the most number of leading certifications like ISO,etc.

Cons:

Its the cost of using Azure Netapps File its expensive if we compare it to other comptetitors.
