RMail® is the e-security platform by RPost®. RMail specializes in elegantly easy to use email encryption for privacy and compliance, e-signatures, legal e-delivery proof, secure file sharing, email impostor protection, document rights management, and AI-infused services to prevent data leaks and human e-security errors.
RMail can be installed in Microsoft 365 Outlook, Gmail, Salesforce.com, and other email and business management systems.

• Sender Selects: sender can click the “Send Registered” button on RMail® and selects send features.

Product Description: Important Features of RMail: Registered Encryption each recipient is automatically delivered email in a unique way, with elegant and easier user experience for the recipient while also returning verifiable proof of privacy and compliance to the sender -- beyond the basic TLS and link-retrieval systems. • Registered Email certified e-delivery tracking and proof delivers timestamped proof of legal delivery in an email without any action from the recipient. • Secure Large File Share -- senders can track files up to 1GB and securely send to any recipient in a one-time storage box available online that removes the risk of recipients downloading the data to be able to see the sender’s file structure on the cloud. • Disappearing Ink and ViewProof -- While sending emails, senders can tag some sections of the email to disappear from within the email after delivery after a specified time period and senders can also receive proof that the recipient has viewed tagged sections of the email. • Redact Reply – While sending the email senders can redact sensitive information in the message in a way that if the recipient replies such a sensitive text is automatically deleted from the reply email thread. • SideNote® This helps in adding a private “sticky note” to CC or BCC recipients, in order for them to understand the context of why they are being copied. Easy and secure

I can send large files and the message screen is very easy to use and has a standard format that other platforms have (e.g. looks similar to composing an email in Outlook).

Our Customer Success Manager checks in often and makes sure any new employees have the training they need. She also makes sure we keep up to date with any software updates and offers training on new features.

Cons:

I have no complaints about RPost / Rmail.

My experience with RPost

for such big company and many clients, it seems a little bit less experience to support the company with virtual desktop environment or they forget what kind of platform their clients use. besides that, supports are nice and willing to help. the only draw back is time zone difference. We are based on west coast, we have to work on east coast schedule.

1. Easy to use 2. enough functions to satisfy different business needs. 3. Having addon built into Outlook is so convenient.

Cons:

1. Support time: only limited to east coast time last time i checked. if it has been changed, I apologize. you can cross out this item. 2. sending "registered" email depends on user alone. if user forgot, then whole purpose to have RPost is waste. Need to have backup plan. 3. no mobile apps to associate with outlook (exchange) on mobile devices.

Rmail is secure

We deal with protected information RMail makes it easy to send and receive that protected info encrypted.

Pros:

I like that I get notification when my emails are received. I also like that when my emails are received they are trusted. RMail gives the recipient no pause to open the email.

Cons:

I would like an image of the sent email to come back to me when I get notice of whether the email was received or not. Currently it just tells me email not received but if I sent more than one it is difficult to go back and determine what email it was that they did not get.

Send Emails Securely & Receive Read Receipts

Pros:

I love that it has a read receipt feature! No longer do I have to chase down clients for a reply confirming they received the information I sent. Now, I have a handy tool to prove that they did.

Cons:

I wish I could set the program to automatically send through RMail every time, rather than clicking the Outlook Add-In for RMail and selecting the features I want to use. It would help prevent forgetting to send an email registered/encrypted.

Cons:

There have been a few problems, but customer support is always very responsive in getting them fixed.

Pros:

The ability to see that your mail was delivered and when it is opened. The time stamps and tracks everything so a customer or client can't say they didn't receive a document or important message that you sent to them.

Cons:

There is nothing really to not like about this software.
