SFTP To Go is a WIN!

The team at SFTP To Go is great. They are attentive, open to new ideas and always ready to engage and help. Building great software is getting easier and easier, but building a great company is rare and I can definitely recommend the team to anyone considering cloud storage needs.

Pros:

The user interface to manage the environment is really next level. It is well designed for both new and pro users. The flexibility of control with branding, user creation, quotas and other advanced features are really a step ahead.

Cons:

I don't really have any big negatives about the product. I've been using SFTP for 25 years, from command line interfaces on self hosted platforms to other vendors and this product is superior.

Ease to use and very good support and 24/7 because we are in Argentina and the company is in Israel.

Cons:

They solve all the automatic clear of the files they take care of the program at no extra cost and included in the plan.

We prefer the easy to use from SFTP to Go. Price more expensive but better support.

Secure, Easy and Affordable

As I said before, SFTP to go is a secure SAAS software, who gaves us the posibility to scale in volume of transactions, without an increase of price.

Great, I hope they continue building on top of the solid foundation they've already laid.

Pros:

It's very, very easy to provision an SFTP server as part of your Heroku infrastructure. Receiving webhook notifications about uploads and deletes is great. You can have near-immediate processing of files as they're uploaded.

Cons:

In order to receive webhook notifications, you need to use a quite expensive plan. I don't there's an API which lets you manage the webhooks themselves.

SFTP To Go is great

Overall the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. SFTP To Go is the best SFTP environment that I have ever used.

Pros:

Ease of use was huge, prior to using SFTP To Go we needed to have an entire IT team help set up SFTP folders for us. We would have to request the IT team update things such as folder names, new folders, deleting folders, but now that we use SFTP To Go I can handle all of those things myself!

Cons:

The one thing that gets on my nerves about SFTP To Go is that there is no way to sort the files within the folders of the SFTP. We utilize the SFTP for pharmaceutical claims, and I grab the new document each week, but there is not way to sort newest document to oldest or anything like that, which makes finding each document a little trickier.

Reasons for switching to SFTP To Go

We needed to implement API connections as well as be able to create and edit our own SFTP folders, which we were unable to do previously. OneTechnology from Georgia recommended your product.

SFTP To Go was straightforward to set up and easy to use. The platform allows customization, such as adding a company logo, which helps align it with organizational branding. It provides the necessary features for secure file transfers, including upload permissions for recipients and configurable link expiration dates. Other options available within the portal include downloading, renaming, duplicating, copying, moving, and deleting folders.

Cons:

The main aspect I liked least about SFTP To Go is the pricing. While the platform itself is reliable, easy to use, and quick to set up, the cost feels a bit high for the features provided. For smaller teams with limited storage and transfer needs, the pricing can be manageable, but it becomes more difficult to justify as storage, users, or data transfer requirements increase.

The ease of use in the setup, and not having do have a server and port the instance out to our domain

very easy to set up, use, and share with all of our partners we need to share files with. setup and starting to use the product took less than a day to be fully integrated

Cons:

no support for a pricing tier for small usage with only 1 or 2 credentials while expanding business to more partners
