It simplifies the typical online leisure experience to make it streamlined and easy to use. Replacing lengthy complicated processes with a modern consumer experience reduces basket abandonment and drives sales and bookings. GladstoneGo is fully mobile responsive, meaning that users can book and join your centre from any device.

Instead of having to log in or create an account to view your membership options or classes, users can browse all available options freely with no need to enter any personal details. This makes the process much more accessible and increases your centre’s visibility.

Users can search by site to find their nearest centre and can browse all memberships by looking at descriptions and prices. All they need to do is make their choice and input their payment details.

Brimhams Active Service

For the past few months customers are experiencing error messages for; time-outs, session-locks, couldn't reach the service, and booking failed. Throughout this period no progress has been made to resolve the service issues.

Failure to resolve service problems. Access to the Brims Active service, as a user it takes many attempts to make a class booking, taking around 8 or 9 minutes.
