About Membership Integrity System

Membership Integrity System is a cloud-based solution designed to help gyms and clubs organize events, process invoices and manage payments. Key features include attendance tracking, barcode scanning, waiver management, online class booking, text messaging, multiple user accounts, electronic signature and reporting.

The application enables staff members to regulate billing frequency, add payment methods and send rejection alerts to customers. Members can use self-service portals to renew plans, purchase memberships, update personal information and view payments. Membership Integrity System allows trainers to track member’s progress by measuring weight loss/gain, body mass index and blood pressure. With its receivables feature, account managers can track sales tax, inventory and customer purchases. Additionally, it lets marketers create email templates, prepare mailing lists and set up distribution time/date.

Membership Integrity System offers integration with Brivo OnAir Access Control, letting administrators manage credentials and monitor check-ins. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone.

The reoccuring billing is fantastic! It is very easy to use and to navigate through as well! The integration was smooth and training was top notch!

Salesforce was for one too expensive and WAY too hard to manage. There were updates all of the time and no one to help implement those updates.

Great starter system

I like that this system was a one time payment and fairly easy to use but in the end it was the poor customer service that made us change products. I found it difficult to get information when I had questions, felt like I was treated like I was stupid when I did ask questions and lost money because of it. We purchased the card swip- but never figured out how to use it. Purchased the finger printer just to find out, after several iritating phone calls later, that we had to spend another $200 for the authorization to use it. That would have been helpful information when we purchased it. In the end, we just gave up and went with another comparny that gave us the support we need so we understand the system. I'm sure this system works great but after using it a year and a half without understanding it fully- we gave up.

Happy, but could see a few updates for easy of use.

This is our second try at some form of Membership software and it has been a much better experience than the last software and we hope to see continued options offered through MIS in the future.

Integration was fluid and the product does offer easy of use for staff and members.
Cons:
Have been told they are working on multi day registration, but have not seen it implemented yet. Payment and renewal e-mails do not seem to be effective either.

Great software for managing our small club

We are a small Pistol & Rifle club that has 24 hour access and no employees, just a volunteer board. We previously had spreadsheets and a mass email program. We kept losing members. Now with this software we are not losing members at all. It's easy to use and the time to manage members is 1/4 of what we spent and income numbers are accurate. Multiple people are also able to manage the members so we can distribute the work load.

I love that I can manage the club from my house. We are so much more efficient in 1 piece of software than 3 or 4. Everything you need is available in an easy to use package.
Cons:
A few things still seem obtuse to me. I'd love a manual or some videos on how the features work.

MIS was the first software we integrated at our fitness facility, the process was easy to set up and we had fantastic customer service throughout the process and still to this day. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was there to assist me in all of my confusion and guide me through the entire system. I grew fond of the system it is definitely very easy to use.
Cons:
To every software, there are pros and cons. This system is mainly for memberships; everything we needed for our members was there and worked perfectly, but since we are a personal training facility and there is not much specification or customization towards that, we have decided to part ways as we try to grow our training business. There is also not a lot of reports to see, I have been having to keep an airtable sheet with all the information and keep track of it like that. There is a report tab but it was limited towards the areas I wanted to see.

We had come from legit nothing over to MIS, and it solved all of our auto-renewal problems. I was able to quickly charge clients with ease and everything looked great. For a starter system, this was perfect. I definitely more than enjoyed my time with MIS and will miss the system and its team.

Pros:
I like most is that I am able to talk to Gerry when ever I need help with the system. That is a rare find there.
Cons:
The one thing I don't like is that when I freeze a client they still show up as active. I wish they works just be counted as frozen and not included in our active count.

It was a good price and they developed what we needed for our unique gym type.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] is extremely helpful! He has handled every issue I’ve had with ease & as quickly as possible!
Cons:
I think the website, physically could appear more modern & maybe the tabs could be merged together and the more important things like creating/editing membership plan, online portal etc could be easier to access!

Though we do not use this software in a typical way that others may it works perfect for the human service program I direct. It is flexible and powerful to meet our data needs and that is ahuge plus. The other best thing about this is the support staff are super responsive and kind. I love working with them and they are always willing to adapt and make changes to suit our needs. Can't say enough good about my expereince with them.
Cons:
There are a lot of features and many we do not use. There isn't really a least for us because anytime we want something to work better or differently for us they are right there making it happen.

Cons:
The person who helps us with our software is helpful, but I feel like there is little help available. There are no tutorials, help buttons, etc... It is very confusing to set up, and to help members with their issues. The ability for the patron to be able to sign up online is very confusing.
