About HaulWare

HaulWare by Artronix Computer Solutions is a cloud-based fleet management solution designed specifically for dump truck fleets operated by small to midsize construction firms. This product is can be deployed by fleet managers overseeing multiple dump trucks.

With HaulWare, users can enter tickets, manage subcontractors and conduct dispatch operations. It also features an accounting system that offers billing, job costing, accounts receivable and accounts payable analysis, financials, custom reports and material payables.

With the material payables feature, users can ensure they are paying the quoted rate and track applicable tax expenses. For subcontractors, HaulWare automatically calculates tax information for the end of the year reporting.

HaulWare is priced as a monthly subscription dependent on the number of users. It is operating system agnostic and compatible with iOS and Android devices. Subscribers receive phone and email support.

Works GREAT!!!

Pros:

The software was very easy to learn. You don't have to remember rates and jobs, everything is right there in front of you! Every detail about the program was thought of!

Cons:

It took some time to learn the program but that's with any new program!

We needed an updated system. The program we had was 20 plus years old. We wanted certain reports and this program does exactly what we wanted with lots of details.

TRUCKING SOFTWARE

Very happy with Haulware, especially when it comes to the accounting and the ease of reports when needed for auditors and accountants.

Pros:

We installed this software for our trucking company around five years ago after we had a nightmare with another software we were using. We use this software daily throughout every aspect from dispatch to billing and accounting. It is a very user friendly program and we could not be happier. The support team is outstanding and always there to help you immediately!

Cons:

Any little concerns we had have been addressed and tailored to our specific needs, we have absolutely no issues with this software.

We mostly made the switch due to the fact our old software did not capture what we needed when it came to our accounting needs.

Program not ready for the market

This was a terrible experience with the product man hours that we took to try and get it to work and the lack of understanding of the industry by the owners

Pros:

I thought I would like the integration of hall where but there was nothing that I liked about it was cumbersome and the program is incomplete and does not do what they say it does

Cons:

I like least of the fact that the owner who does the training constantly tells you that your business model is incorrect also it took so long to set up that we were never able to use it

We thought that it’ll give us good recording and we’d be able to get pictures of our bills of lading and tickets but it ended up being very cumbersome

Reasons for switching to HaulWare

Zona required us to a grade our Quitman quite often and it was expensive endeavor also the recording that it works for us very well

HaulWare is a well seasoned (10 plus years in production) program developed and maintained by professionals with over 25 years experience in the industry. We do everything we say we can and more. We stand by our product and our customers like family. The reviewer by her own admission has been unable to use the product. Her description of it as "cumbersome' is uninformed at best. We agree that the implementation in this case was very difficult and in the end unsuccessful. But, we vigorously dispute that was due to any shortcoming on our part. The customer had/has numerous internal issues that have nothing to do with our product or company. We cannot be held responsible for failure to provide import data, retain employees or keep training session appointments. We have proven methods of implementation that when followed work every time. This customer was unwilling to accept our guidance and make an honest effort.That was the cause of the failure, not the software.

Pros:

Everything is linked. When entering data from tickets it flows right into the customer invoice and the driver pay settlement. The job setup drives all the other parts so there's no way of changing rates for either pay or bill. Great checks and balances. Integrated compliance reporting.

Cons:

Cash basis reporting is not supported.

Reasons for switching to HaulWare

We outgrew the program. The hauling industry is so unlike any other business and it takes specialized software to keep up with our growth. Developers have been great and open to adding additional features required by the everchanging industry.
