Macanta is the CRM that you can customize for your specific business, and it is truly no code.

I am using Macanta to build out my business processes so that I am in a better position to scale up. One dude can run my CRM side with a Spreadsheet and some other software, but you miss things and you cant hire and grow because that is not a scalable way to do things. A CRM helps, and a CRM that you can build to suit your specific needs that also has so much built in automation capability is a big force multiplier. I really think that if you are looking for a CRM that you need to look at Macanta,
