Mostly it's the ease and integration with our Zoho Desk which in turn is very transparently integrated with our Zoho Books.
Cons:
Licensing should be use for remote or unattended support, indistinctively. We need not to buy two different sets of licenses.

Quick to install, easy to use, and the access console is very organized and simple for managing devices and technicians.
Cons:
Sometimes, the Zoho service installed on the client stops working, and it's necessary to access the device with another tool to reinstall the client.

Best support product. Saves me hours int he car

All been good it does what it says on the tin. The server appears to up 100% of the time. Shame about the chat support

Doesnt work on IOS. The support chat is a waste of time because its either closed or they ignore you

Zoho Assist, best Remote Support Application

I am happy as it was less than half the price I was paying to Anydesk. Yes I need to guide users but it is one time process and doesn't take long.

It is very fast and dont lag. I like the unattended access part. Setup was seamless and works very fast. It also maintain log and calculate total time, every time I connect to my customers. I can setup billing based on the hours I supported customers.
Cons:
Customer needs to install Zoho assistance in order to connect. Also it asks user permission, so I need to guide user over the phone. In Anydesk, it is straight forward just tell the number and done

Reasons for choosing Zoho Assist

Team Viewer takes too much memory and I felt its bit slow. Also it is expensive than Zoho Assist and it doesnt have a feature to log support hours or billing to customers module. Teams is not fast and lags every time I connected.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Assist

Anydesk was very expensive and doesnt provide customer billing option.

Overall experience was satisfactory. The package solution compared to other vendors is affordable. The file transfer experience though is not adequate and needs more work. Simplicity & Ease of Use, Browser-based access, and no local installers are needed.

I don't like the file transfer process for transferring files to remote connections. I also don't like being over charged R676.20 instead of R588 having to pay R88.20 more for no reason.
