I am happy as it was less than half the price I was paying to Anydesk. Yes I need to guide users but it is one time process and doesn't take long.

Team Viewer takes too much memory and I felt its bit slow. Also it is expensive than Zoho Assist and it doesnt have a feature to log support hours or billing to customers module. Teams is not fast and lags every time I connected.

I have used and tested multiple remote management systems. Zoho Assist has proven to have the best feature set and performance for the cost. It also integrates seamlessly with other Zoho products.
