    Authenticated user check-in works but confusing to the visitors

    This feature started with tremendous potential. However, guests sometimes encounter confusion when we ask them to download the uverifyID app for check-in. Our primary objective was to eliminate the need for verifying and storing a Driver's License to identify visitors, and the uverifyID app excels at populating authenticated information with photos. Although there may be a learning curve, we're confident that with a little guidance, guests will find the process straightforward and efficient.

    The uverifyID app is user-friendly and efficiently verifies individuals' identities, eliminating the need to store any personal information. The identification details are conveniently presented on the check-in screen, accompanied by a color indicator that serves as an additional verification measure for visitors.
    Cons:
    The concept is excellent, but the learning process for visitors appears to be quite challenging. We hope that this initial rollout hurdle is temporary and will be smoothed out over time.

    Simple self-service checkin, NDA signature and redirect to our safety webpage after checkin. Although we are not using a badge, the feature the product has, we are looking into implementing it in the future. So far so good. I am a techie so it was easy to understand the concept and set up how we need it.
    Cons:
    My colleague who is not a techie had a few questions to get going. There was a learning curve to get this going. Not too many choices for employee roles.

    No more log book and manual entry

    I work remotely and have space rented whenever we have a team meeting and meet clients. This required logging data manually for security purpose so that we have a history of who was in or out, which I never liked. With Koncierz, no more writing clients info in our log book. This was an easy transition. Everyone can use their phone to see who is in and who remains to be checked in. Each team member has the ability to send a text message as well as an alert and notification that they have arrived.

    No hardware purchase is required. Team can check in and send the text message directly. Koncierz support was helpful. They helped with waiver document linking and mapping.
    Cons:
    Issue of QR - we did not realize we had to build a PDF design and upload as PDF. This is now resolved. To scan QR, only a phone can be used. Unable to use QR scanner.

    capturing patron information and displaying the menu

    We introduced a check-in system for our patrons, which initially required some client familiarization, but we've grown to appreciate it. The overall service quality has improved significantly. Our staff now addresses patrons by their preferred names, resulting in better tips for our servers. Additionally, the menu display has proven to be a successful decision. We had considered this before, and now capturing patron information and displaying the menu makes perfect sense. We're grateful to Koncierz for this enhancement.

    Simple waiver process

    We had our suppliers sign waivers whenever they are in our procurement area. The suppliers would sign but never liked signing the document every time. With the implementation of Koncierz, it has been absolutely easy, and no more maintenance of physical hard copies. The process has worked absolutely well for us, and the setup was easy. Since the document had to be linked, we reached out to Koncierz support for assistance.
