Easy to use and efficient!

Vitay is Modern and Efficient :)

It has been good. The system is easy to use, and we have full control which is nice to be able to update as needed. We had some bumps on start up but our customer rep was fast at getting things fixed and its been smooth sailing since.

I can't think of anything that I don't like.

It was taking weeks to get our references back. And on top of that we were getting complaints about the amount of pages/forms that had to be filled out by candidates and references.

Pros:

The user-friendly interface is definitely one of Vitay's standout features. It’s easy to navigate, making the reference-checking process much simpler and more efficient.

Cons:

One feature I would love to see added is the ability to download all of the references for a single person as individual PDFs simultaneously rather than downloading each reference one at a time or all of them in 1 pdf. This would save time, especially when managing multiple references.

It would be helpful to have better search options for candidates. Sometimes a candidate will be added with the short version of their first name and when searching with their full name, they do not come up.

Pros:

Can get accurate references from referees and also, we can avoid face references. Moreover, referees can also fill out the request at their convenience then spending time on calls.

Cons:

Can not use same email ID to request anther reference as sometimes candidate needs to change referees.
