    There is the ease of view of the reference reports.
    Cons:
    when you have to do the references of the old candidates again at a later date, the reference requests doesn't go again.

    The user-friendly interface is definitely one of Vitay's standout features. It’s easy to navigate, making the reference-checking process much simpler and more efficient.
    Cons:
    One feature I would love to see added is the ability to download all of the references for a single person as individual PDFs simultaneously rather than downloading each reference one at a time or all of them in 1 pdf. This would save time, especially when managing multiple references.

    It is so easy to get the references loaded wither manually or to request from candidate and also so user friendly for the Reference to complete.
    Cons:
    I wish that we could request an update after a year as some jobs require "fresh" information.

    It would be helpful to have better search options for candidates. Sometimes a candidate will be added with the short version of their first name and when searching with their full name, they do not come up.

    Can get accurate references from referees and also, we can avoid face references. Moreover, referees can also fill out the request at their convenience then spending time on calls.
    Cons:
    Can not use same email ID to request anther reference as sometimes candidate needs to change referees.
